Ninja Classes

This program is designed to teach students the fundamentals of gymnastics while incorporating elements of ninja training. Our skilled instructors will guide students through a variety of exercises including tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars while incorporating ninja-inspired movements like jumps, rolls, and flips. In addition to building strength, flexibility, and coordination, students will also learn important skills like focus, determination, and discipline.
